I think I’m beginning to repeat myself, but every month lately seems to go by in the blink of an eye.
This month is no exception.
On the personal front, I have some upcoming travel, so have been working at getting ahead with tasks….can we ever really get ahead??
It seems this year sees a lot of things coming to a close.
My daughter is in her final days of senior school with exams upcoming. My son has finished his education for his apprenticeship. My husband has finished a project of rebuilding a car….yes I now consider myself an apprentice mechanic
You know what they say, one door closes another door opens.
Online Biz – Review & Projection
In the Biz, there has been some gathering of momentum towards clearing up outstanding projects too, will have more on that in the next update.
This month I put out the call to interested and interesting people to become part of a mastermind group. I had terrific feedback, and have selected members with our first meeting scheduled in October.
Its time to start exploring some traffic strategies as I’m finding that I’ve reached a sticking point. I’ll be checking out and trialing different methods to get me over this hump and hopefully create a tipping point. I’ll report on results in upcoming posts.
I have recently moved from the free version of commentluv to the premium (paid) version. The plugin offers a number of enticements that I think will create more community, and encourage sharing. Plus it will enable me to cut back on some other plugins.
Will report back once the new improved commentluv and I get better acquainted

Facebook Dominates Discussion
I had planned to begin implementing a new plan of attack for facebook this month, and I’m so glad that it fell down the list of priorities (thank you universe).
Unless you’ve been under a rock, which wouldn’t be very pleasant. It’s been really hard to miss the buzz over facebook changes.
If you haven’t had chance to catchup on all the goss, here’s a selection of posts that will give you the lowdown. Time to put on the learning cap again!
Hyperarts on subscribe addition
Kristi Hines from Kikolnai with an overview of the timeline and more
Think I might hold back on implementing any changes to facebook, at least until the dust settles and see if any further updates are imminent.
Well that’s a wrap for this month. I’ll leave you with my 5 worth reading from last month. Be sure to check them out and show them some love.
