Art by way of creativity and innovation.
Science by way of psychology and research.
You can ask them to buy of course, but you can’t sell ice to Eskimos..no need..no desire. No sale.
You can listen intently for the right signals and somehow manage to insert yourself into their equation.
But ultimately it comes down to trust and generosity…you have to understand people to understand business.

Hi Jackie,
I have seen this video before and it is very good.Understanding the psychology is really important and if you then I have found it can translate into new product or service opportunities or different forms.With one product I was launching the researcher actually enlisted a psychologist to get a true understanding. This may be an extreme example but the more we seek to know the easier it is.
